Quality standards of the social and legal protection of children in a professional counseling facility

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvářením standardů kvality v zařízení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Teoretická část obsahuje popis problematiky sociální práce s rodinou, výkonu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a kvality v sociální práci. Kapitoly teoretické části práce popisují důležité pojmy související s realizací sociální práce s rodinami, dále je vymezen význam sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a její výkon, zde se teoretická část věnuje orgánům, subjektům a osobám, které podporu a ochranu dětem i rodinám poskytují. Poslední kapitola teoretické části bakalářské práce je věnována kvalitě v sociální práci, nástrojům kvality a jejího zvyšování, standardům kvality a jejich zaváděním. V aplikační části je první kapitola zaměřena na popis poradenského pracoviště a druhá se zabývá procesem tvorby standardů kvality pro toto konkrétní pracoviště. Další kapitoly obsahují zpracované standardy dle jednotlivých kritérií.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of quality standards in the institution of social and legal protection of children. The theoretical part contains a description of the issue of social work with the family, the performance of social and legal protection of children and quality in social work. The chapters of the theoretical part of the work describe important terms related to the implementation of social work with families, the importance of social-legal protection of children and its performance is further defined, here the theoretical part is devoted to bodies, subjects and persons who provide support and protection to children and families. The last chapter of the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to quality in social work, tools of quality and its improvement, quality standards and their implementation. In the application part, the first chapter focuses on the description of the professional counseling facility, and the second one deals with the process of creating quality standards for this specific workplace. Other chapters contain processed standards according to individual criteria.
