Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá individuálním plánováním jako nástrojem pro naplnění potřeb a cílů klientů. Cílem je zjistit, jak ovlivňuje proces individuálního plánování zaměření pracovníka a ověřit proměnné, které podporují práci s měkkými cíli klientů v sociálních službách. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se věnuji objasnění základních pojmů a seznámení s problematikou individuálního plánování, práci s cíli klientů a roli sociálního pracovníka v tomto procesu. Praktická část má za cíl ověřit pomocí dotazníkového šetření stanovené hypotézy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with individual planning as a tool for meeting the needs and goals of clients. The goal is to find out how the process of individual planning affects the focus of the employee and to verify the variables that support the work with soft goals of clients in social services. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I focus on clarifying the basic concepts and getting acquainted with the issues of individual planning, working with client's goals and the role of a social worker in this process. The practical part's goal is to verify the established hypotheses using a questionnaire survey.
