Práce se zabývá popisem poplatků k ochraně ovzduší. Je především zaměřena na poplatky z malých zdrojů znečišťování ovzduší a jejich efektivnost. Práce posuzuje, jaké administrativní náklady vznikají obecním a městským úřadům při vybírání poplatků z malých zdrojů znečišťování ovzduší vzhledem k jejich výnosům. Abstract:
My bachelor work is engaged in description of charges for atmosphere protection. It is especially focused on the small atmosphere pollution sources and their effectiveness. My bachelor work critizes the administrative expenses to municipal authorities connected with collecting the charges from the small atmosphere pollution sources paying respect to their revenues.
