Bonds as a instrument consolidation budget funging

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dluhopisů jako nástroje pro posílení rozpočtového financování. V první části práce je uvedena všeobecná charakteristika dluhopisů, v dalších poté trhy dluhopisů a možné využití dluhopisů ve veřejných rozpočtech. Třetí část práce je zaměřená na konkrétní příklady financování emisí dluhopisů. V poslední části této práce se vyskytuje možný návrh financování jiným způsobem než je emise dluhopisů.

Abstract:

This bachelor deals with the issue of bonds as a tool for strengthening the budgetary funding. The first part contains the general characteristics of bonds, then in other markets, bonds and debentures in the possible use of public budgets. The third part focuses on specific examples of bond financing. In the last part of this work there is the possible funding proposal wiht other way than the bond issue.
