Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem "Vliv motivačního typu na ohrožení syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků speciálně pedagogických institucí" je zaměřena na ohrožení syndromem vyhoření u pracovníků různých speciálně pedagogických institucí v Ústeckém kraji v návaznosti na motivační typ, který byl u těchto pracovníků stanoven pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky syndromu vyhoření, jeho vzniku, projevů a možnostech pomoci. Je vymezen a charakterizován syndrom vyhoření, jaké zátěžové situace ho mohou způsobovat a možnosti diagnostiky. Následně se práce zabývá druhy motivací pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích a definováním, co pomáhající profese je a jaké nároky jsou na tyto pracovníky kladeny. Praktická část diplomové práce byla realizována formou dotazníkového šetření u pracovníků pomáhajících profesí ve speciálně pedagogických institucích Ústeckého kraje. Dotazník obsahoval dvě části. První část mapovala, nakolik je dotazovaný pracovník ohrožen syndromem vyhoření, druhá část určovala, o jaký motivační typ pracovníka se jedná. K nejdůležitějším výsledkům patří zjištění, který motivační typ pracovníků je nejvíce ohrožený syndromem vyhoření a na základě tohoto zjištění je možné těmto pracovníkům věnovat zvýšenou pozornost, aby se u nich předešlo vzniku syndromu vyhoření a tím ke snížení jejich pracovní výkonnosti nebo až ke ztrátě tohoto zaměstnance pro pomáhající profese.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis titled " The impact of motivational type on threat of the burnout syndrome in case of staff in special educational institutions"is focused on the threat of burnout syndrome of employees in different special pedagogical institutions in the Usti Region in connection with the motivational type, which was determined by the questionnaire survey for these employees. The theoretical part contains an introduction to the problematics of the burnout syndrome, its formation, symptoms and possibilities of help. There is also a definition and characteristics of the burnout syndrome, which stressful situations can cause it and the possibilities of diagnosis. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the types of motivation of employees in the helping professions, and with defining what the helping profession is and what claims are required from these employees. The practical part of the thesis was realized in the form of a questionnaire survey designed for the employees of the helping professions in special pedagogical institutions in the Usti Region. The questionnaire contained two parts. The first part examined to what extent is the questioned employee threatened by the burnout syndrome, and the second part defined the motivational type of the employee. The most important results include detection of which motivational type of workers is most at risk of burnout syndrome. Based on this finding, these employees can be given increased attention to avoid burnout syndrome and thus to avoid reducing their performance or losing that employee for helping professions.
