Práce pojednává o změnách, které probíhají v oblasti péče o ohrožené děti. Především se zaměřuje na změny v pěstounské péči. Zabývá se sociálně-právní ochranou dětí či náhradními formami péče o dítě (ústavní péče, náhradní rodinná péče). Popisuje děti v pěstounské péči, požadavky na pěstouna a podpůrnou síť pro pěstouny. This thesis discusses changes which take place in the field of care for at-risk youth. It mainly focuses on changes in foster care. It deals with a social-legal protection of children or with substitute forms of childcare (residential care, foster care).
