A gifted student in high school

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nazvaná „Nadaný student na střední škole“ se věnuje problematice týkající se legislativy, vzdělávání, výchovy, učitelova přístupu a intelektuálního rozvoje osobnosti nadaného studenta v České Republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou dílčích celků – části teoretické a části praktické. Obecná, teoretická část sleduje problematiku nadání a talentu u studentů středních škol z několika různých hledisek – hlediska edukativního, didaktického, osobnostně – rozvíjejícího a legislativního. Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit veřejnosti téma nadaných žáků. Tato práce má být nástrojem a návodem pro učitele i rodiče, jak k nadaným dětem přistupovat, jak s nimi správně jednat a jak jejich nadání správným způsobem rozvíjet. V rámci praktického šetření je v této diplomové práci umístěn diagnostický rozhovor vybraným nadaným studentem brněnské střední průmyslové školy, na níž v současné době vyučuji německý jazyk.

Abstract:

This thesis entitled "A gifted student in high school”, deals with the issues concerning legislation, training, education, teacher access and intellectual development of the personality of a gifted student in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two sub- units - the theoretical and the practical. General theoretical part handles the issue of abilities and talent in high school students from several different perspectives - in terms of an educational, didactic, personality - developing and legislative. The aim of this thesis is to present to the public the topic of gifted students. This work should be a tool and guide for teachers and parents how to access support for gifted children, how they act properly and how their talents develop in the right way. In a practical investigation in this thesis based diagnostic interview selected gifted student Brno Secondary Technical School, where I currently teach in the German language.
