Cílem práce je prostřednictvím sociálního auditu ověřit sociální postavení zaměstnanců vybrané organizace veřejného sektoru, s doporučením řešení této problematiky pro organizace obdobného typu. The objective of this Bachelor thesis is to verify the social status of employees in selected public sector organisation through social audit, and to recommend a solution for organisations of similar type.
