Unemployment of persons with disabilities
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem textu je zaměření se na bariéry při zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením se specializaci na osoby s postižením tělesným. Předmětem kvalitativního výzkumného šetření je přiblížit zkušenosti osob pohybujících se na invalidním vozíku s integrací na trhu práce, a to prostřednictvím vyprávění jejich životního příběhu.
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to focus on barriers that occur during hiring employees with disabilities, especially with physical disabilities. The subject of qualitative research is to describe the experience of physically disabled people in a wheelchair with their integration in the labour market, through telling their life story.
