Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována vztahům mezi Hradcem Králové a Pardubicemi, respektive Pernštejny, kteří byli ve zmíněném období pány celého pardubického panství. Páni z Pernštejna proměnili Pardubice z dosud bezvýznamného poddanského městečka ve své sídelní město a významně pozvedli jeho prestiž a význam v daném regionu. Sousední královské město Hradec Králové tak získalo konkurenta. Jejich vodohospodářské, pozemkové, ekonomické ale i čistě sousedské vztahy tvoří jádro této práce. Jako významný předěl zde slouží stavovský odboj v letech 1546 – 1547. Královské tresty se dotkly především královských měst. Hradci Králové byl zkonfiskován veškerý pozemkový majetek, který se dostal do rukou právě jejich sousedovi Janovi z Pernštejna. Pernštejnský rod byl v té době již značně zadlužen a tak Jan většinu ze získaných statků ihned rozprodával. Roztříštění bývalého hradeckého panství způsobilo městu nemalé potíže. Rozbor vztahů mezi Hradcem Králové a Pardubicemi, potažmo Pernštejny, končí v roce 1560, kdy Pernštejni prodali Pardubice a celé panství Maxmiliánovi II.

Abstract:

The Diploma Dissertation is focused on the relations between the borough of Hradec Králové and the town of Pardubice, or (if you like) the Pernsteins who ruled the whole Pardubice domain in the years 1491 – 1560. The town of Pardubice had been an unimportant town but the Pernsteins turned it into their residential town and raised its prestige in the region. The town of Pardubice became a rival to the nearby borough of Hradec Králové. Their aquiculturing, territorial, economic and neighbourly relations are the merits of this Diploma Dissertation. I used the uprising of estates in the years 1546 – 1547 as an important dividing line. The royal penalties affected mainly the boroughs. The land property of the borough of Hradec Králové was confiscated and most of it became a property of Jan of Pernstein. The Pernsteins were in debt at the time so Jan started to sell the majority of the newly gained properties. The fragmentation of the former property of the borough of Hradec Králové caused many problems to the borough. The analysis of the relations between the borough of Hradec Králové and the town of Pardubice and the Pernsteins ends in the year 1560 when the Pernsteins sold the town and the whole domain to the king Maxmilian II.
