Deployment of Integrated Rescue System in Place of the Encroachment

Abstract:

Magisterská práce se zabývá tématem integrovaného záchranného systému. Zkoumá kdo je členem tohoto ojedinělého uskupení, kdo má jaké pravomoci a kdo v jaké chvíli zasahuje. Zabývá se otázkou, zda koordinace a propojenost hlavní složek a ostatních složek integrovaného záchranného systému je dostatečná a plně funkční. Zkoumá dosavadní postupy a metody jejich práce na místě mimořádné události. Magisterská práce se dále věnuje problematice velitele zásahu. Jeho úkoly, pravomoci, odpovědnost vůči záchranářům a vůči postiženým. Práce také vysvětluje pojmy spojené s vyšetřováním místa činu. V práci nalezneme pojmy, jako jsou: místo činu, ohledání místa činu, místo zásahu, místo nálezu, dopravní nehoda a další. Cílem magisterské práce a jejím výstupem je zhodnocení provázanosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému a jejich akce schopnost při výskytu mimořádné události. Dalším bodem výstupu je návod, jak se zachovat, jsem-li účastníkem nebo svědkem mimořádné události.

Abstract:

The master's thesis deals with the topic of an integrated rescue system. It examines who is a member of this unique grouping, who has the power and who interferes at what moment. It deals with the question if the coordination and the interconnection of the main components and other components of the Integrated Rescue System is sufficient and fully functional. It examines the current procedures and methods of their work in a case of an emergency. The master's thesis deals with the issue of the commander of the intervention. His tasks, power, responsibility towards the rescuers and the disabled. The work also explains the concepts of the investigating crime scene. In the work we find terms such as: crime scene, scene investigation, place of intervention, place of finding, traffic accident and more. The aim of the master's thesis and its output is to evaluate the interconnectedness of the components of the integrated rescue system and their action capability in the event of an extraordinary event. The next point of the instructions is how to keep it if you are a participant or a witness of an extraordinary event.
