Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit konkurenční pozici podniku ALFA s. r. o. a definovat jeho konkurenční výhody. Pro zjištění konkurenční pozice samotné firmy a také konkurentů byly použity tyto analýzy: budování konkurenční výhody, analýza konkurentů, SWOT analýza, analýza atraktivity odvětví a Porterův model pěti sil. The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is to assess the competitive position of the enterprise ALFA Ltd. and define its competitive advantage.
