Bakalářská práce mapuje spokojenost klientů v domě s pečovatelskou službou v České Lípě. Zaměřuje se na oblasti spokojenosti s bydlením, personálem nebo poskytovanými službami. První část je zaměřena na pojmy, které s problematikou seniorů souvisí. Jedná se o pojmy jako stáří, příprava na stáří nebo změny, které ve stáří přicházejí. Abstract:
The final thesis deals with the clients´ contentment in the house with nursing services in Česká Lípa. It deals with their satisfaction with housing, staff or provided services. The first part of the thesis focuses on the terms which are connected with the topic. These are old age, preparing for old age or changes that come with old age.
