Burnout syndrome among teachers

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsání problematiky stresu a toho, co ho způsobuje a jakým způsobem se projevuje. Dále se práce zabývá syndromem vyhoření v jeho obecném pojetí, jeho možnou prevencí a vneposlední řadě i specifiky syndromu vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků. V praktické části je realizován projekt výzkumu míry vyhoření u respondentů blíže nespecifikované základní školy. Na základě výsledků projektu vlastního výzkumu budou navržena možná opatření a návrhy kprevenci syndromu vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků s ohledem na teoretická východiska v první části této práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe stress and its possible causes and effects on one. It also deals with the topic of burnout syndrome in pedagogical staff, how the sydnrome manifests itself and what impact does it have on one and their quality of life. In the area devoted to the research of the project, group of respondents will be surveyed. The acquired data will be illustrated, described and discussed, to find out, among other things, the degree of influence of various situations and circumstances on the burnout syndrome in pedagogical staff. The results will then be evaluated, interpreted and appropriate measures to prevent burnout syndrome in teachers will be proposed accordingly.
