Business ethics and its influence on the development of the company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice manažerské etiky a jejímu vlivu na rozvoj firmy. Nejprve jsou teoreticky vymezeny základní pojmy manažerské etiky a vybrané související termíny. Analytická část je věnována průzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit rozsah aplikace nástrojů manažerské etiky ve vybraných firmách a vliv manažerské etiky na rozvoj firem.
Abstract:
This work is devoted to business ethics and its influence on the development of the company. At first theoretical terms of business ethics and related selected terms are defined. The analytical part is devoted to the research witch goal was to get a knowledge of business ethic application range in the companies and influence of business ethic on the development of the companies.
