Proposal for the Communication Efficiency Improvement in Priessnitz Spa

Abstract:

Cílem práce je přispět ke zefektivnění komunikace pracovníků Priessnitzových lázní v Jeseníku. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace čerpané z odborné literatury a dalších veřejně dostupných zdrojů vztahujících se k dané problematice. V praktické části práce je patřičná pozornost věnována analýze úrovně mezilidských vztahů, primárně pak úrovni komunikace zaměstnanců Priessnitzových lázní. Také zde byla vytvořena SWOT analýza Prieessnitzových lázní. Pro zjištění aktuálních informací byl proveden marketingový průzkum formou dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů, na jejichž základě jsou navržené kurzy a teambuildingové hry pro zaměstnance. Pro vedoucí úseků byly taktéž navrženy školení na zefektivnění komunikace pracovníků v Priessnitzových lázních. Rovněž byl vytvořen hodnotící formulář pro zjištění efektivnosti školení či kurzů.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to contribute to the improvement of communication between the employees of Priessnitz Spa in Jeseník. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information drawn from the literature and other publicly available sources related to the issue. In the practical part of the work due attention is paid to the analysis of the level of interpersonal relationships, primarily the level of communication of employees of Priessnitz Spa. To find out the current information, a marketing survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey and guided interviews, on the basis of which courses and teambuilding games for employees were designed. Trainings were also designed for department heads to streamline staff communication at Priessnitz Spa. An evaluation form was also created to determine the effectiveness of training or courses.
