Abstract:
Předmětem mé diplomové práce jsou osobnostní práva a jejich ochrana zejména z hlediska oblasti mediálního práva. Jedná se o právně i společensky zajímavou záležitost, která v posledních dvaceti letech plní nejen soudní síně, ale i první stránky bulvárního tisku.
Abstract:
The subject of my thesis are moral rights and their protection, in particular in terms of media law. It is legally and socially interesting issue, which in the past twenty years, only fulfilling the courtroom, but the first page tabloid press.
