Etický management nebankovního sektoru v České Republice

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na téma Etický management nebankovního sektoru v České republice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretická a praktická. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy a pojednává o Etice, Morálce a společenské odpovědnosti firem. Empirická část se zabývá etikou nebankovních společností. Výzkumné šetření je zaměřeno zejména na zjištění implementace podnikatelské etiky. Pro analýzu jednotlivých společností byl vytvořen dotazník, který byl distribuován jednotlivým společnostem. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nebankovních společností na základě, kterých je navrženo doporučení pro zlepšení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on Ethical management of non-banking credit finance companies in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts about Ethics, Morality and Corporate Social Responsibility. The empirical part is focused on the ethics of non-banking companies. The research is focused mainly on finding the implementation of business ethics. For analysis, of the non-banking sector, I created a survey which was distributed to the companies. The thesis aims to analyse non-banking companies based on the result and propose the recommendations for improvement.
