Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and Their Realisation in the Czech Labour Law
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o realizaci lidských práv a svobod v pracovním právu České republiky. V první části práce je učiněn obecný nástin problematiky lidských práv a svobod. Ve druhé části jsou uvedeny základní mezinárodní dokumenty, vztahující se k danému tématu. Na konec jsou rozebrána jednotlivá základní práva a svobody, které je možné v pracovním právu České republiky nalézt.
Abstract:
The diplomawork deals with realisation fundamental rights and freedoms in Czech Labour law. In the first part of the work there is a summary of the problems of fundamental rights and freedoms. In the second part there are the basic documents relate to this theme. In the end of the work there are analyzed individual fundamental rights and freedoms, which is possible found in Czech Labour law
