Customer Relationship Management in small and medium sized enterprises

Abstract:

Cílem disertační práce je vyhodnotit úroveň řízení vztahů se zákazníky v mikro, malých a středních podnicích v Moravskoslezském kraji, které realizují tuto oblast, a navrhnout možná zlepšení procesu tohoto řízení. V teoretické rozpravě je popsán celosvětový přístup a vývoj k řízení vztahů se zákazníky, statistické metody a použití speciální iterativní metody vedení PDCA (naplánuj – proveď – ověř – jednej). Prezentace kvalitativního a kvantitativního předvýzkumu, dat získaných primárním výzkumem pomocí dotazníkového šetření a jejich výsledky jsou součástí praktické části této práce. Bylo zjištěno, že přestože MSP převážně realizují jednotlivé činnosti CRM, je tato úroveň pro celkový proces nedostačující a jsou zde příležitosti pro zlepšení. Na základě těchto výsledků, prezentovaných mimo jiné také pomocí hierarchické regresní analýzy, jsou navrženy doporučení ke zlepšení a usnadnění procesu tohoto řízení.

Abstract:

The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate the level of customer relationship management in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian region that implement this area, and to propose possible improvements in the process of this management. The theoretical discussion describes the global approach and development of customer relationship management, statistical methods and the use of a special iterative method of PDCA (Plan-Do-CheckAct) management. Presentation of qualitative and quantitative pre-research, data obtained through primary research using questionnaire survey and their results are part of the practical part of this thesis. It was found that although SMEs mainly implement the CRM activities, this level is insufficient for the overall process and there are opportunities for improvement. Based on these results, which are presented, among other things, by means of hierarchical regression analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve and facilitate the process of this procedure.
