Controlling as a basis of the modern management of SMEs in the context of globalization
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na controlling, který bude implementován do podniku Sevensport s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou objasněné pojmy controlling, e-commerce a další potřebné věci k vypracování této práce. Dále praktická část se zaměřuje na zavádění controllingových analýz v podniku a popsání e-commerce vybraného podniku.
Abstract:
This batchelor thesis is focused on controlling, which will be implemented into company Sevensport s.r.o. In theoretical part there are explained concepts of controlling, e-commerce and other things needed for finishing this thesis. Practikal part is focused on implemention of contolling analysis in this company and description of e-commerce in chosen company.
