The accounting and tax aspects of the sale of a part of a business
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na porovnání daňových dopadů prodeje části obchodního závodu podle smlouvy o prodeji obchodního závodu nebo podle smlouvy kupní na jednotlivé složky obchodního závodu. Popsané rozdíly a zjištěná rizika obou variant pomohou při rozhodování o formě realizace prodeje části obchodního závodu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is aimed at comparing the tax impacts of the sale of a part of a business plant under a sales contract or a purchasing contract on the individual components of the business. Described differences and identified risks of both options will help in deciding on the form of sale realization as a part of the business plant.
