The Activities of Competent Authorities in the field of the Arrangement of Employment
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá vymezením práva na práci a práva na zaměstnání v mezinárodních a v evropských dokumentech, dále v ústavním pořádku České republiky. Následně je vymezeno právo na zaměstnání v právní úpravě zákona o zaměstnanosti a základní činnosti úřadů práce a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí při zprostředkování zaměstnání.
Abstract:
The work is dealing with defining the right to work and the right to employment in international and european documents and the constitutional order of the Czech Republic. The right to employment in the Employment Act and the basic activites of the labour offices and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs when arranging employment are specified.
