Current situation of infant institution and preparing transformation

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu transformace kojeneckých ústavů, které je v současné době hodně diskutované. Česká republika je dlouhodobě kritizována za vysoký počet dětí v ústavní výchově. V práci se zabývám ústavní výchovou jako celku i konkrétně ústavní výchovou v kojeneckých ústavech. S tím souvisí problematika náhradní rodinné péče a práce s rodinou, kterou jsem stručně popsala ve třetí kapitole. V poslední kapitole se zmiňuji o nedostatcích ústavní péče, transformaci kojeneckých ústavů a popisuji změny, týkající se sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které vzešly v platnosti v lednu letošního roku. Cílem bakalářské práce, je poskytnout stručné informace o problematice probíhající transformace kojeneckých ústavů a s tím souvisejícími problémy.

Abstract:

The bachelor work is devoted to the topic of transformation infant institution, which is currently much debated. Czech Republic has long been criticized for the high number of children in institutional care. I deal with institutional care as a whole and specifically institutional care in the infant institution. Related to the issue of substitute family care and work with families, which I briefly described in the third chapter. In the last chapter I mention the insufficiencies of institutional care, transformation and infant institution describe changes relating to the social and legal protection of children, which emerged in force in January this year. The aim of this bachelor work is to provide brief information on the issue of the transformation of infant institution and related problems.
