The education system for social services workers in chosen contributory organization

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zmapováním systému dalšího vzdělávání v příspěvkové organizaci Domov Na zámku. Na základě získaných dat budou provedeny návrhy optimalizace dosavadního systému dalšího vzdělávání. V teoretické částí práce jsou nejprve popsány sociální služby a sociální politika Evropské unie, na které navazuje charakteristika sociálních služeb a popis ekvivalentu českého pracovníka v sociálních službách v Rakousku, Německu, na Slovensku a také v České republice. Ze získaných informací je vytvořena komparace dalšího vzdělávání u pracovníků v sociálních službách v těchto zemích. Následná část práce se již zaměřuje na specifikaci vybrané příspěvkové organizace a charakterizuje další vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách. V aplikační části je proveden metodou dotazníkového šetření průzkum spokojenosti pracovníků v sociálních službách se současným systémem dalšího vzdělávání. Získaná data od respondentů jsou uváděna v tabulkách a graficky znázorněna. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou v závěru práce předloženy návrhy a doporučení, které by měly vést ke zvýšení optimalizace systému dalšího vzdělávání ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with mapping of the further education system in the funded organization Domov Na zámku (The Home in the Castle). On the basis of the obtained data, proposals how to optimize the current system of further education will be made. In the theoretical part of this thesis, there are social services and the social policy of the European Union first described, which is followed by the characteristics of social services and the description of the equivalent of a Czech worker in social services in Austria, Germany, Slovakia and also in the Czech Republic. From the received information, a comparison of further education for workers in social services in these countries is created. The subsequent part of this thesis is mainly focused on the specification of the selected contributory organization and characterizes the further education of workers in social services. In the application part, there is a survey of satisfaction of workers in social services with the current system of further education carried out with using the questionnaire survey method. The data acquired from the respondents are presented in tables and graphically represented. Based on these findings, proposals and recommendations are presented at the end of this thesis, which should lead to increasing optimization of the further education system in the selected contributory organization.
