Leasing Reporting according to Czech Accounting Standards and IAS/IFRS

Abstract:

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je vykazování leasingu dle Českých účetních standardů a dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. Zaměřuje se na rozdílné způsoby účtování leasingu dle standardů českého a mezinárodního účetnictví. První část práce je věnována leasingovému financování z pohledu Českých účetních standardů, a to výhradně finančnímu a operativnímu leasingu. Další část práce je věnována harmonizaci účetnictví a charakteristice standardu IAS 17 – Leasingy. V aplikační části je zachycen rozdíl způsobu vykazování leasingu dle ČÚS a dle IAS/IFRS a zobrazen jeho vliv na hodnoty společnosti ve finančních výkazech. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza přístupů k účtování leasingu dle Českých účetních standardů a IAS/IFRS, a to z důvodu jejich rozdílného zachycení v Českých účetních standardech a IAS/IFRS, posoudit a vyhodnotit jejich vliv na hodnoty podniku uváděné v účetních výkazech. K zjištění odlišností mezi jednotlivými účetními standardy bylo použito konkrétních údajů z reálné leasingové smlouvy.

Abstract:

The subject of my extended essay is evincing leasing by Czech accounting standards and by International accounting standards. It focuses on different ways of leasing invoicing by the standards of Czech and International bookkeeping. The first part of the work deals with leasing financing by Czech accounting standards, especially financial and operative leasing. The next part applies to the harmonization of bookkeeping and the characteristics of IAS 17 standard – Leasings. It mentions the difference in the ways of evincing leasing by ČÚS and by IAS/IFRS and described its influence on the values of company in financial statements. The goal of my extended essay is the analysis of approaches to leasing invoicing by Czech accounting standards and IAS/IFRS. The reason is their different record in Czech accounting standards and IAS/IFRS. It consideres and evaluates their influence on the values of company presented in bookkeeping. To find out the differences between individual accounting standards the concrete figures from a real leasing agreement were used.
