Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce zní „Komunikace mezi učitelem a žáky na druhém stupni základní školy“. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s problematikou práce, je charakterizována verbální a nonverbální komunikace a podrobněji popsána pedagogická komunikace. V kapitole „Pedagogická komunikace“ je věnována pozornost jejím účastníkům, pravidlům a také časovému a prostorovému hledisku. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle a hypotézy výzkumného šetření, metodologie výzkumu i popis zkoumané skupiny respondentů. V závěru empirické části jsou shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Cílem výzkumu bylo poukázat na nepostradatelnost komunikace v učitelské profesi, jelikož celkový projev a jednotlivé prostředky nonverbální komunikace ovlivňují výuku. A mají také vliv na žákovo pochopení a porozumění probírané látce. Zajímal nás i postoj žáků ke komunikaci, jestli si uvědomují důležitost komunikace ve vyučování, jsou-li spokojeni s komunikací učitele, jak se při komunikaci cítí a jaké formě komunikace dávají přednost.

Abstract:

The name of this diploma thesis is "Communication between teacher and pupils on lower secondary stage of elementary school ". The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts associated with labor issues. There is a characteristic of verbal and nonverbal communication and detailed description of the educational cooperation. The chapter "Educational Communication" pays attention to its participants, rules and also the time and spatial perspective. The practical part sets out the objectives and hypotheses of the research, research methodology and description of the studied group of respondents. We summarize at the end of the empirical section the results of the survey. The research objective was to highlight the indispensability of communication in the teaching profession, as a general expression of individual means of nonverbal communication affect teaching and therefore have an impact on the pupil's knowledge and understanding of subject matter. We were interested in the attitude of students to communicate and their awareness of the importance of communication in the classroom. Also if they are satisfied with the communication with teacher, how they feel about the interaction and what form of communication they prefer.
