The importance of recruiment and selection of workers within the human resources management
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá významem získávání a výběru pracovníků v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů. Nejprve je problematika posouzena z hlediska odborné literatury. Následně se práce zabývá problematikou z praktického hlediska, posouzením postupů ve vybrané firmě AB. Závěrem jsou postupy zhodnoceny a navrhnuta zlepšení.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the importance of recruitment and selection of workers within human resources management. First is the issue examined in terms of literature. Subsequently, the work deals with the issue from a practical point of view, by assessment of the procedures in selected company AB. Finally, the procedures are being reviewed and improvements are being suggested.
