Comparison of the nonprofit sector in Czech Republic and in selected countries of the European Union

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem Komparace neziskového sektoru v ČR a vybraných zemí EU je komparace neziskových sektorů a jeho organizací ve vybraných zemí Evropské Unie vůči neziskovému sektoru České republiky. Neziskový sektor se v České republice dostává stále více do povědomí občanů a proto je potřeba na jeho vývoj a existenci reagovat a pomoci tak občanské společnosti v jeho poznání, potřebnosti a důležitosti. Práce se v první části zaměřuje na vymezení pojmosloví, funkci a teorie vzniku neziskových organizací a jejich typologii. Dále vymezuje historický vývoj neziskových sektorů a jejich financování v jednotlivých zemích. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí komparace identifikovat rozdílnost neziskového sektoru v České republice a vybraných zemích EU na základě uvedených kritérií: typologie neziskových organizací, modely sociální politiky, participace a financování. Dále hledat jejich společné nebo rozdílné rysy a charakteristiky.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis entitled comparison of the nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries is the comparison of non-profit sector and its organizations in selected countries of the European Union to the nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic. The non-profit sector in the Czech Republic gets more and more into public awareness and need for its existence and development to respond and help civil society in his knowledge, necessity and importance. In first part focuses on the definition of the terminology, function and theory of nonprofit organizations and their typology. Further defines the historical development of non-profit sectors and their financing in individual countries. The main aim of the work is the comparison identify diversity nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic and selected EU countries on the basis of those criteria: typology of non-profit organizations, models of social policy, participation and financing. Next, look for their common or different features and characteristics.
