Breathing Exercises with Aids in Hippotherapy

Abstract:

ANOTACE Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností využití pomůcek k dechovým cvičením při hipoterapii a vytvořením souboru těchto pomůcek. První kapitola podává souhrnné informace o hiporehabilitaci a hipoterapii. Ve druhé je rozebrána anatomická stránka dechu, teorie dechových cvičení a vliv dechu na komunikační schopnosti jedince. Třetí kapitola nastiňuje problematiku různých diagnóz, pro které je kombinace hipoterapie a dechových cvičení vhodná a jež jsou diagnózami informantů experimentální části práce. Experimentální části bakalářské práce byla věnována čtvrtá kapitola. Popisuje průběh experimentálního využití pomůcek, pozitiva i negativa výzkumné činnosti a odpovídá na výzkumné otázky kladené v bakalářské práci. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je soubor pomůcek pro dechová cvičení, které jsou za uvedených podmínek účelně využitelné.

Abstract:

ANNOTATION This bachelor’s thesis explores the possibilities of using breathing exercise aids during hippotherapy and creates a set of suitable aids. The first chapter summarizes information about hippo rehabilitation and hippotherapy. The second chapter presents the anatomical aspects of breathing, theories of breathing exercises and influence of breathing on communicative abilities of an individual. The third chapter presents various problematic diagnoses, which can benefit from a combination of hippotherapy and breathing exercises. The subjects of this research suffer from these diagnoses. The experimental fourth chapter describes the experimental uses of the breathing aids, positives and negatives of the research and finally presents answers to research questions posited by this thesis. This research resulted in a creation of a set of breathing exercise aids that are beneficial for clients suffering from the described conditions and are using hippotherapy.
