Prevention of social exclusion of senior citizens

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním vyloučením seniorů v kontextu jejich postavení ve společnosti a v souvislosti s uspokojováním jejich potřeb. Cílem předkládaného textu je zjistit, jaké jsou možnosti prevence sociálního vyloučení seniorů. Jde o teoretickou práci, která se věnuje problematice stáří a stárnutí. Popisuje postavení seniorů ve společnosti a zabývá se jejich potřebami. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na sociální vyloučení, prevenci sociálního vyloučení a sociální začleňování seniorů. Závěrečná část se věnuje možnostem začleňování, přípravě na stáří a především sociálním službám.

Abstract:

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on seniors? social exclusion in the context of their social status and in connection with satisfying of their needs. The aim of the Thesis is to determine possibilities of prevention of seniors? social exclusion. It is a theoretical Thesis dealing with the old age and ageing issue. It describes seniors? social status and it deals with their needs as well. Other chapters are focused on social exclusion and its prevention and on seniors? social integration. The final part is focused on possibilities of integration, preparation for old age and particularly on social services.
