Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis životního stylu vysokoškolských studentů a na exploraci vztahu vybraných osobnostních charakteristik a zdraví podporujícího chování. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the description of the university students’ lifestyles and on the exploration of the relationship between certain personality characteristics and health-promoting behaviours. Personality characteristics were measured with The Multidimensional Health Questionnaire (MHQ; Snell, Johnson, 2002) and health promoting behaviours with an instrument developed by Bausell (1986).
