Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout analýzu genových manipulací včetně jejich konkrétních metod a příslušné právní úpravy. Každá metoda musí být posuzována individuálně a to včetně jejich rizik a pomoci. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. První část poskytuje filozofický náhled na genové manipulace obecně. The aim of the thesis is to provide an analyse of the genetic manipulation within their methods and legislation. Every method must be assessed individually within their risks and help.
