Bakalářská práce zpracovává téma procesu přijímání zaměstnanců od okamžiku naznání potřeby nového zaměstnance až po uzavření pracovní smlouvy. Důraz je zde kladen především na ochranu osobních údajů, ochranu osobnosti a zákaz diskriminace. Součástí práce je analýza tohoto procesu u konkrétního zaměstnavatele. This bachelor work deals with the process of recruiting employees from the moment of realizing the need of a new employee to signing the contract.
