Tato bakalářská práce řeší problematiku rasismu v širším kontextu. Cílem práce je zjištění schopnosti státu efektivně čelit rasismu, trestat jeho protizákonné projevy a vypořádat se s jeho pronikáním do veřejné sféry. This bachelor thesis deals with racism in broader context. The goal of this work is to determine whether is the state capable of dealing with racism in an efficient way, punish hate crimes and stop racism from spreading to public life.
