Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt na zlepšení vnější motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The aim of diploma thesis is to propose a project to improve the external motivation of employees in the selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
