Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se věnuje problematice fluktuace se zaměřením se na vybraný podnik nadnárodní společnosti CEMEX Czech Republic. Samotná práce je rozdělena na čtyři hlavní části. V teoretické části práce je provedena rešerše literatury a řešeny základní pojmy související s fluktuací a jednotlivými ukazateli fluktuace dle řady autorů. Další část práce se věnuje zvolené metodě výzkumu, výzkumným otázkám a hypotézám. Na základě existujících interních údajů a za pomoci dotazníkového šetření byly v praktické části zjištěny hlavní problémy dotýkající se nejenom fluktuace, ale také motivace zaměstnanců, problematiky komunikace a vztahů ovlivňujících pracovní prostředí, a tím také spokojenost zaměstnanců v dané firmě. Tyto faktory se mohou ve větší míře podílet na zvyšující se fluktuaci pracovníků v dané firmě. Veškeré zjištěné výsledky umožnily navrhnout příslušná doporučení pro efektivnější řízení lidských zdrojů, které povedou ke snížení fluktuace v dané společnosti.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis deals with the issue of fluctuation with a focus on a selected factory of multinational company CEMEX Czech Republic. The work itself is divided into four main parts. In the theoretical part of the work, a literature search is performed and the basic concepts related to fluctuation and individual indicators of fluctuation are solved according to a number of authors. The next part of the work deals with the chosen research method, research questions and hypotheses. Based on existing internal data and with the help of a questionnaire survey, the main problems identified not only fluctuations, but also employee motivation, issues of communication and relationships affecting the work environment, and thus employee satisfaction in the company. These factors may contribute to a greater extent to the increasing turnover of employees in a given company. All the obtained results made it possible to propose appropriate recommendations for more effective human resources management, which will lead to a reduction in fluctuations in the company.
