Bakalářská práce pomocí pozorování a řízených rozhovorů zjišťuje využití systému CRM ve firmě Ypsotec s.r.o. Autorka pokládá v řízených rozhovorech otázky pracovníkům firmy z oblastí znalosti CRM, ptá se na existenci školení ve firmě, na oblíbené formy komunikace se zákazníky a v neposlední řadě na četnost využívání stávajících informačních systémů.
