Analysis of the employability of graduates of health and social workers in the labor market

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza uplatnitelnosti absolventů oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník na trhu práce, a jak vyplývá již z názvu, cílem práce bude zjistit, zda a kde se absolventi oboru Zdravotně sociální práce uplatnili na pracovním trhu. Obsahem teoretické části bakalářské práce bude popis oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník a celková práce sociálních pracovníků ve zdravotnických a sociálních zařízení. V teoretické části budou vymezeny pojmy týkající se studia oboru, náplně práce a osobnosti zdravotně sociálních pracovníků a také možnosti, kde by se absolvent oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník mohl uplatnit. Pozornost bude zaměřená také na cílové skupiny, se kterými by mohl zdravotně sociální pracovník pracovat a problematiku přestupu absolventů vysokých škol na trh práce. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce bude zaměřena na výsledky získané formou kvantitativního výzkumu za pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledkem výzkumu by měla být zjištění o uplatnitelnosti absolventů oboru Zdravotně sociální práce a různé faktory týkající se této problematiky.

Abstract:

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is analysis of employability of graduates of the study branch health and social worker in the labour market. As the topic says, the aim of thesis is to find out if and where the graduates of branch of study health and social work find a place in the labour market. The content of theoretical part will be description of the branch of study health and social worker and the overall work of social worker in medical and social institutions. In the theoretical part terms concerning the study of the branch, the scope of employment and the personality of health and social worker are defined, as well as the possibilities, where the graduate of the study branch health and social worker could assert. The attention will be also paid to the target groups, which can health and social worker works with, and to the questions of university graduates conversion to labour market. Experimental part of the Bachelor thesis will be aimed to the results obtained by the quantitative research method via questionnaires. Findings concerning employability of graduates of the study branch health and social work and different factors relating to employability matters should be the result of research.
