Diplomová práce poskytuje přehled právních předpisů EU týkajících se ochrany osobních údajů, podrobněji rozebírá nařízení GDPR a návrh nařízení ePrivacy. Práce je zaměřena na ochranu osobních údajů vznikajících v prostředí internetu. Popsány jsou hlavní zásady, které jsou důležité pro interpretaci právních předpisů v této oblasti. This diploma thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the EU's legislation related to personal data protection, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy regulation proposal. It focuses on the personal data transmitted via the Internet and analyses the main principles that are important for the interpretation of legislation in this area.
