The proposal of the first week school activities and games program with a pirate theme for children in the first grade of primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Návrh adaptačního programu činností a her na téma Piráti pro zahajující týden žáků v 1. třídě ZŠ řeší odpověď na otázku, zda jsou vybrané tematické aktivity zaměřující se na adaptaci ve škole a v třídním kolektivu, osvojování a tvorbu pravidel, seberealizaci a sociální interakci vhodné pro realizaci v průběhu zahajovacího týdne v první třídě základní školy. Aktivity jsou koncipovány do motivačního tematického programu, dětem mladšího školního věku pomáhají v komplexní adaptaci na školní prostředí. Podkladem pro vznik a praktické uplatnění daného programu v první třídě jsou teoretické poznatky z oblasti pedagogiky a psychologie dítěte a rozhovory s aktivními pedagogy primárního vzdělávání rozmanitých zkušeností. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit metodický program pro práci s dětmi v průběhu prvního týdne školní docházky, který bude podkladem nejen pro začínající učitele, ale také pro zkušené pedagogy, kteří hledají nové motivy pro využití v pedagogické praxi.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis called The proposal of the first week school activities and games program with a pirate theme for children in the first grade of primary school is to find the answer to the question of whether the proposed activities, focused on school and class adaptation, learning the rules and creating them, self-fulfilment, and social interaction, are suitable during the first week of the first year of primary school. The activities are drafted into a motivational theme program. They help children of younger school age in a complex adaptation to the school environment. The base for the creation and following application of this program in Year One is theoretical knowledge from the area of pedagogy and child psychology, as well as interviews with practising primary school teachers of different levels of expertise. The goal of this thesis is to create a methodology program for working with children during the first week of primary school. This program will not be only for starting teachers but also for experienced educators, who are in search of new resources to use in their teaching.
