Forms of Electronic Banking Based on Using Phone

Abstract:

The thesis deals with forms of electronic banking services based on the use of telephones in Slovakia. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes a theoretical basis of electronic banking, characterizes the Bank and its activities such as cash and cashless payments, electronic payments and various forms of electronic banking. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the forms of cell phone banking and telephone banking provided in terms of services of individual banks. This chapter also focuses on questionnaire survey of using of cell phone banking in Slovakia. The third chapter provides recommendations for using of specific services of cell phone and telephone banking in the analyzed banks, and also evaluates the results of the questionnaire survey.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá formami elektronického bankovníctva založených na používaní telefónu v podmienkach SR. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola obsahuje teoretické východiská elektronického bankovníctva, charakterizuje banku a jej činnosti hotovostný a bezhotovostný platobný styk, elektronický platobný styk a jednotlivé formy elektronického bankovníctva. Druhá kapitola sa zameriava na analýzu foriem mobil bankingu a telefón bankingu z pohľadu poskytovaných služieb jednotlivých bánk a na dotazníkový prieskum využívania mobil bankingu v podmienkach SR. Tretia kapitola obsahuje odporúčania pre využívanie konkrétnych služieb mobil a telefón bankingu v analyzovaných bankách a vyhodnotenie výsledkov z dotazníkového prieskumu.
