Corporate culture and its impact on human resource management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje firemní kultuře a jejímu vlivu na řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. První kapitola charakterizuje firemní kulturu, její prvky a determinanty. Druhá kapitola vymezuje oblast řízení lidských zdrojů a postavení v systému organizace. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola popisuje úlohu firemní kultury v organizaci a možnosti její změny. Praktická část se věnuje analýze firemní kultury u konkrétní organizace se zaměřením na společné hodnoty, normy chování a míru spokojenosti.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on corporate culture and its impact on human resources management in the organization. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first chapter describes the corporate culture, its components and determinants. The second chapter defines the area of human resource management and position in the organization. The third chapter describes the role of corporate culture in the organization and the possibility of its changes. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of corporate culture in a particular organization, focusing on common values, norms of behavior and level of satisfaction.
