Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu z oblasti chirurgie. Konkrétně jde o ošetřovatelský proces v péči o pacienta po amputaci dolní končetiny. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je zaměřena na základní informace týkající se samotné amputace jako např. druhy amputace, indikace k amputaci, komplikace a další. Součást teoretické části tvoří také role sestry v péči o pacienta. Zabývá se celkovou psychickou přípravou pacienta. Zahrnuje předoperační přípravu. Ta se dělí na dlouhodobou, krátkodobou a bezprostřední. Je zde popsána intraoperační péče, a nakonec i péče po amputaci. Ta zahrnuje péči o amputační pahýl a rehabilitaci. V praktické části je zpracován ošetřovatelský proces, jež vychází z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International Taxonomie II. Proces je vytvořen pomocí vybraného pacienta po amputaci dolní končetiny. V této části je popsána charakteristika onemocnění a anamnéza pacienta. Následně je vytvořen ošetřovatelský proces odpovídající pacientově onemocnění a jeho individuálnímu stavu. Celkový počet ošetřovatelských diagnóz v práci je 13. U každé z těchto diagnóz jsou popsány intervence dle pacientova individuálního stavu. V práci je uvedena realizace ošetřovatelské péče a její následné hodnocení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a topic in the field of surgery, specifically the nursing process in patient care after amputation of the lower limb. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part focuses on basic information about the amputation itself, such as types of amputation, indications for amputation, complications and more. Part of the theoretical part is also the role of the nurse in patient care. It deals with the psychological preparation of the patient. It includes preoperative preparation, which is divided into long-term, short-term and immediate. It describes intraoperative care, and finally post-amputation care. This includes care of the amputation stump, rehabilitation. The practical part deals with the nursing process, which is based on nursing diagnoses NANDA International Taxonomy II. The process is created using a selected patient after amputation of the lower limb. This section describes the characteristics of the disease and the patient's medical history. Subsequently, a nursing process corresponding to the patient's illness and his individual condition is created. The total number of nursing diagnoses at work is 13. For each of these diagnoses, interventions are described according to the patient's individual condition. The work presents the implementation of nursing care and its subsequent evaluation.
