Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Metody a formy vzdělávání z pohledu organizačního učení“ je práce organizace s metodami a formami vzdělávání jednotlivců a skupin na úřadu státní správy. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů, konceptem celoživotního učení, úrovněmi učení,systémem vzdělávání a významem metod a forem při vzdělávání v organizaci.Empirickou část tvoří případová studie konkrétního úřadu, v níž zkoumám práci personálního oddělení a procesy úřadu.

Abstract:

Main aim of this bachelor thesis "Methods and forms of education from the perspective of organizational learning“ is the organization's work with methods and forms of individual’s and group’s education on state authority. The theoretical part deals with definitions of terms, the concept of lifelong learning, levels of learning in the organization, education system in the organization and the importance of methods and forms during education in the organization. The empirical part is formed by case study of a concrete office in which I analyze the work of the Personnel department and processes of the office.
