Aberace genu TP53 jsou klíčovým prognostickým a prediktivním markerem u chro-nické lymfocytární leukemie (CLL) a pro pacienta znamenají riziko nepříznivého průběhu onemocnění. Abstract:
Aberrations of the TP53 gene are a key prognostic and predictive marker in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and pose a risk of unfavourable disease outcome for the patient.
