Tématem bakalářské práce je pracovní motivace a řízení lidských zdrojů. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, která analyzuje, komparuje a za pomoci syntézy zpracovává aktuální odbornou literaturu zabývající se problematikou řízení lidských zdrojů a motivace zaměstnanců.
