Cílem této rigorózní práce je analyzovat a kriticky zhodnotit současnou českou právní úpravu institutů nutné obhajoby, obhájce ustanoveného soudem a nákladů trestního řízení. Jedná se o tři navzájem úzce propojené oblasti, které zajišťují ústavně zaručená základní lidská práva a svobody spočívající v přístupu ke spravedlnosti a právu na spravedlivý proces v trestním řízení. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and critically evaluate the rules on mandatory defense, mandatory legal representation (defense counsel appointed by a court) and costs of criminal proceedings.
