Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast sociální práce ve zdravotnictví. Jejím cílem je analýza kompetencí a činností zdravotně sociálních pracovníků. Zkoumána jsou i dilemata, která ve svém povolání řeší a s jakými těžkostmi se setkávají při vykonávání odborné práce v interdisciplinárním týmu, kterého jsou součástí. My bachelor's work is focused on the social work field in the healthcare. The aim is to analyze the competencies and activities of health - social workers. It's focused on the dilemmas the workers solve and difficulties they meet with due performing their professional work in the interdisciplinary team they're part of.
