Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám návrhem řešení, jak využít a přeměnit individuální schopnosti zaměstnanců pro vytvoření konkurenceschopnější organizace, s důrazem na její úspěšnou transformaci v dnešní ekonomické situaci, za pomoci novodobých poznatků metod vedení a řízení lidských zdrojů.
Abstract:
In my thesis I propose new solutions how to harness and transform the individual abilities of employees to create a more competitive organization, with emphasis on its successful transformation in today’s economic situation, with the help of modern methods of knowledge management and human resources management
